MKS SBASE Conversion kit for Monoprice Maker Select (Wanhao i3)

This is a conversion kit. I had purchased a Monoprice Maker Select, which is a rebranded Wanhao i3. The electronics had failed me at some point and i decided to upgrade to a MKS SBASE, which is a Smoothieboard clone. The original electronics were a Melzi board.

This kit helps with mounting the electronics and replacing the front and back plate to accomodate feedthroughs and a new gLCD.
