Nozzle fan with snapfit for 50mm blower fan - shortened and flipped

A remix of "Nozzle fan with snapfit for 50mm blower fan. by esteevens" with the fan being closer to the ring and higher up so that it fits the e3d-v6 mount by NickyP. For this I also had to flip the design.
