Spindle Bearing Adapter 2.0

This thing a readaptation of Spindle Bearing Hub by neredera providing:

- a more elastic surface for mounting the bearing (UPDATE: improved homing for safer mount)
- a more elastic surface for fitting to spindle,
- parametric design (OpenSCAD) just like its predecessor, to fit to your spindle hole diameter and bearing diameters.

Also inspired by HTA3D P3Steel bearing adapters.
