Honda Sun Visor Fix

Honda has been having issues with sun visors for several years and unfortunately visor of 2016 Civic has design flaws as well.The mounting arm of the visor is so loose that, when the visor is turned along the door, during a sharp left turn, it may hit driver's head (happened to me few times). IMHO, this may even cause an accident if the driver does not expect such hit.
