LM8UU Linear bearing and block (3 versions)

Update of Oct'16:
I tested these three blocks made of PLA
The first block from left side of the picture is very tight, and needs some post processing with drill. In fact no spring functionality of the leaves. As a result block moves quite tightly. May be ABS will be working better, but I haven't tested ABS yet. The block in the middle has very tinny leaves and my printer printed it with some connections between leaves, and it is hard to remove all these bridges inside with the knife. So the be
