Ball bearing 3 minute spindle

This is a ball bearing spindle, the ball bearing idea come from these designer http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:646839 thanks, I just make a mod on the center hub for easy assambly, and also with this mod you can adjust the fit of the bearing.

You only will need 25 1/4" steel balls, 12 for the bearing, 12 for the fly wheel and one on the end of the center rod as a hard point for the spindle and 3 little wood screws as you can see on the picture for the bearing assambly.
