30mm Numbered Fan Cover

This is one (actually 4) submission to the Toranado Fan Grille contest. I attempted to put this as a remix of the contest page (didn't work)...tried to remix it right off the contest page (didn't work either) so if anyone can tell me how to fix that.....anyway

Made it available for others, in case they wanted to use it and it does not get selected in the contest.
