This cooling tunnel is for http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:18657 X Carriage. This is my 1.1 model, is not changed a much. I use it almost 2 years and all parts is made from PLA.
I add also support for LED strip and fan duct from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:430090 on duct i only change mounting part.
For hot end I use Chine copy E3D v5.
