E3D V6 AIRWOLF HD2X Ultra Lite Dual Mount

This is an Ultra-Lite mount for the E3D V6 nozzles (Dual Extruder)
I used (3) 6-32 x 2" stainless machine screws to combine the three parts, zip ties to enhance the clipping on the bearings, and one 6-32 x 1 1/2" screw to use for the level adjuster in the back.
