While I've not had good luck printing this out of ninjaflex (or similar flexible material), I believe everything should line up. I have two versions, one with a nice smooth back for printing entirely with support, and one with a flattened back for laying mostly flat.

If you decide to print it, good luck, because I can't guarantee everything will line up. I THINK it will though. Ninjaflex just hates me.
