Prusa i3 MK2 Mini-Rambo 1.0a enclosure

Minor adaptation of the electronics case for the Prusa i3 MK2 to accomodate the Mini RAMBo 1.0a with LCD adapter. Due to the additional length of the case, it effectively shortens the length of the heated bed wires by 24mm and the hotend wiring by 13.1mm. It may be necessary to replace this wiring if the cable ends up too short as a result.

The cover hinges aren't modified from the original design but are included for completeness.
