Lead screw bearing holder

This is my best mod yet.
It takes the load off the motor coupler, and as a result, a more accurate printer and no need for a second lead screw.

It consists of a 608 2Z bearing inserted in to the bearing holder with an 8mm washer between the bearing and the bush. The bush has two M4 grub screws (left over from the build) locking the bush on to the lead screw.
