Custom Lightsaber Parts

I created this design and I'm posting it to see what people think of it. I want to create my own saber so I can sell them to people around campus. If anyone could give me any advice of how to make it better quality when I print thanks and if anyone can tell me how to design really anything better thanks. I have a CTC printer and I prefer to use PLA instead of ABS but I can print in either.
