Case top for the Mega R3 and Newhaven Display LCD.

I was trying to use a Newhaven NHD-0420D3Z with a Arduino Mega R3 and it had to be added such that the LCD and the Arduino stayed together inspite of being moved. After several try's I decided to simply put the LCD in the same case as the Mega.
I started with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:101617 as a base, then designed this to replace the top.
