Wargaming bases remix: 25mm, thicker industrial bases

A friend of mine asked me to scale the original to 25mm and add 2mm to the base, so it would be thicker. I'm not a player, so don't ask me, why.
I just thought that maybe someone else could make use of this remix, that's why it's here.
