E3D V5 Extruder with Inductive Sensor- Prusa i2

This new spin adds the necessary spaces to host a LJ12A3-4-Z/BX inductive sensor for auto bed leveling.

I have created a blower kit to take advantage of the extruder fan to cool down the filament. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1817057

This new version of the blower kit, us an independent 30mm fan to cooldown the filame
