UM2 E3D-v6 minimal hotend mount for 8mm rod/15mm bearing

I liked the minimal style of vapor83's hotend-mount but my custom ultimaker2-build is using 8mm rods and not 6mm, so I did a quick mod and enlarged the holes to fit a 15mm bearing (lm8uu).

There's no reinforcement so it may very well break after usage. If that happens I will upload a new version with bigger walls.

When mounting the bearing you may need to heat the plastic with a match to allow a good fit and avoid cracks. Depends on your setup/calibration I guess!
