MK9 bowden extruder for hephestos

This thing is a remix of this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:784247 (the STL called MK9_i3_wide_right.stl). We need 3 of those for a diamond hotend.

I had problems with the original design: The bowden holder holes have the same diameter than the thread of the holder. The holders eventually goes out of their hole and cannot be screwed again. This phenomena is enhanced by the heat of the motors on this plastic part.
