Kindle Touch frame for text-to-speech

For me, one of the "killer apps" for Kindle has been the text to speech feature. I spend enough time in the car commuting that I get a lot of "reading" done, and can carry forward in the other small snippets of spare time when I'm not driving or working.

The Kindle Touch is one of the few models remaining (or only) which does this. Starting and stopping playback by finding the right "buttons" is hard.
