Apple TV (4 Gen) Slip-on Cradle

I needed a cradle to hold an Apple TV on the back of our rolling carts so rather than using one with screw mounts, I designed one with a slip on tab. Designed to fit the AppleTV 4th Gen. The spacing for the rear tab is about 2mm, so it should fit over just about any sheet metal mount.
