Dish scrubber holder with hole

We used to keep our kitchen scrubber in a shallow dish next to the sink. My wife didn't like how it could sit in a little puddle of water if it hadn't been wrung out thoroughly, so she swapped out the dish for a binder clip. I absolutely despise the binder clip. It worked great for standing up the scrubber and letting water drain out of it, but it was a pain to put on and I was just opposed to the general idea of a binder clip as a sponge holder.
