Simple and secure filament spool

I have admired the very elegant design of this filament spool holder: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10219
And I've printed several and used them. However I can't make them accurately enough to give me a secure unit without having to use glue or 'welding rod'.
So I've designed this simple spool holder. By giving away elegance the weight is reduced from 121 gms to 73 gms, the print count from 10 to 4, BUT the hardware count rises from 0 to 6 - that is six 3 mm x 10 lg button head cap screws
