CS8uu cargo (bronze bushing)

ENG: An analogue of the linear bearing CS8UU. Used "Cargo" hub of the automotive starter.
This module is designed as a universal.
But for Anet A8 printer did not have enough legs to the limit switch. Added model for Anet A8.
