filament holder Spinning top

Filament rests horizontally on top of the holder held by 50 mm cylinder protrusion. It rotates on central dome and when it wobbles on secondary doughnut shape. If it gets out of position the doughnut steps on the inner retaining ring pushing the other side of doughnut down and will “walk” off the edge towards center, I hope. Seems to work well without the retaining ring but walks a bit. Might be a good idea to print the retaining ring a bit bigger as 1 to 1 is to small.
