This is my first thing. It takes an hour and 15 minutes to print.
I used my limited knowledge of blender to make it.
It is perfect for my use, but might not be for you so I uploaded a blend file too.
The inner diameter is 16.7mm and it It is meant to be used on the corner of 17mm thick press board or any board that is 17mm thick. In South Africa this a very common thickness for press-wood that does not have melamine on both sides, but sometimes the melamine boards are 16mm thick so yeah, just check that. If it sits too loosely maybe just drill a hole through it and put a bolt in. Mine fits snugly so no need for that... for now.
Its function is to keep the board from getting wet or damaged from being moved around and being outside.
Just by looking at the design you can see it's simple and does not need any special settings.
