17mm wheel balancer

I needed a wheel balancer so I designed this simple wheel balancer that uses a 608 zz bearing.
608 bearings are commonly used in skateboard wheels and fidget spinners and can be bought almost anywhere.
I only had a 608-2rs bearing so i removed the seals and cleaned out the grease with WD40 so it spins easier.

UPDATE. I ended up putting a washer between the shaft and bearing to help the shaft spin better.
