Customiser: Flashlight battery spacer ("rattle stifler")

Aren't you tired of battery adapters for LED torches which don't fit, and leave the batteries an amount of slack that they can move around freely in the housing, to an extent that LEDs flicker or change mode when subjecting the torch to even slight acceleration? Especially the dual supply torches, for (n x 18650) or (n x 3xAAA), seem to suffer consistently from inadequately dimensioned adapters.
