Works on My Machine certification badge

Our QA engineer pointed me to an old [Coding Horror blog post](https://blog.codinghorror.com/the-works-on-my-machine-certification-program/) featuring the *“works on my machine” certification program* (ahem). I therefore created a printable version, so he can now award developers with a physical badge the next time their code goes belly up and they resort to this excuse.
