Unbreakable Prusa Z-rod stabilizer constraint (push on, retrofittable, with ring)

I like mikpcw's retrofittable z-rod stabilizer very much, but I want the ball bearings to sit on a ring, not on nubs. Small Patch via SCAD, nothing really exciting.
