Titan Extruder mount for Lulzbot Mini with E3D V6 Hotend

This is a mount for the E3D Titan Extruder with V6 Hotend. It is designed to replace the factory extruder.
A few steps are required that include re-compiling the Marlin Firmware to change the y-Min and y-Max, as the Hotend is forward 10mm from the stock location. You MUST load the recompiled firmware or risk damage to your printer.
