Finding rubber vibration dampers sucks and cutting your own can be frustrating. Here's how I make mine. https://youtu.be/qR4UEhimXoo
I've got two sizes 2.5mm and 2mm. I'm always happy to make adjustments upon request.
Almost forgot, you'll need to bore out the hole with a 1/8" drill bit. Don't chuck the bit in a drill just twist it through with your fingers. This will allow the dowel to slide and spin nicely.
