Footie is designed to sit between a washer and a nut and be bolted beneath anything that has an hole in the center (or anywhere else, you could use more then one Footie) and needs some kind of stabilizing.

You can customize the length, diameter and number of feet. Also the diameter of the nuts and washer and the center pice.
