MendelMax RepRapDiscount Smart LCD Controller - Top Rail Mount

This is a remix of an very nice looking LCD enclosure for the RepRap Wilson. I've simply extended the bottom edge a bit, added two holes just big enough for 10mm M5 bolts so that it can be bolted to the MendelMax's top rail, and closed up the reset button hole slightly, as I had no buttons that would fit the large hole in the original.

Installation is similar to the original:

Print out the LCD case and the mount
Insert 4 M3 nuts into the LCD case mount near the 4 corners
