XYZ da Vinci 1.0 bed leveling thumbscrew

On my XYZ da Vinci 1.0 printer, the bed leveling thumbscrews were difficult to reach and awkward to use. Not a great design, in my opinion!

I designed these 3D printable thumbscrews to make adjustment of the bed MUCH easier. Compared to the stock knobs, I find these to be MUCH easier to turn and manipulate and I can get a much more precise bed level with far less effort.

When the bed is at -200mm the screws should still have approximately 1/3" clearance to the bottom of the print cabinet
