GEETECH Y (certainly X too) axis belt pulley repair

My X axis belt pulley bearing died too young (10 hrs printing..).
I made a pulley in Nylon 230 without bearing, and it works fine, no more noise.

The bearing fall totally apart !!!

I tried a single piece pulley, but the upper guide was impossible to print, so I went to a two halves pulley.

You got it in Freecad too ;)
