Prusa i3 mount for MK8 extruder and an E3D hotend

So, you have a "cheap auction site" Prusa i3 and want to bin the supplied extruder and hot end so you can fit something a bit better.

Well, this bracket allows you to put a MK8 all metal LEFT version extruder and an E3D v6 or Lite6 hot end onto your printer.
