Spool holder for 2kg reel

My Ultimaker Original was equipped with a big enough spool holder for 2kg PLA reels, something that isn't standard on the Ultimaker 2+, which I recently purchased. Luckily, one of the nice things about 3D printing is that you make your own tools. Hence, a spool holder for 2kg reels, designed on the basis of the original spool holder.
