Wall Mount for Sony SS-SRV350 Surround Speaker

A simple hinge wall mount for Sony surround speakers.

Commercial mounts seem to have the speaker 4 or 5 inches from the wall -- I wanted to make these as low-profile as possible.

I'm also mounting them above eye level, so they'll actually be hung upside-down, since the tops look nicer.
