The 3D plate is meant to be used for the 99GoodReasons Candle Holder found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1767269
The Circle is visible only when looking from the side - while hidden frontal.
You need to print the upper and lower piece from the thing here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1767269. White works best, but you may use another color, as long the plastic let's the candle light shine.
