I printed those in PLA, but for better results you can use something more flexible (or latches may crack).
I got better results when printing standing on the latches (instead of latches up) with CURA's full line supports. In my case, printing two at once also improved results due to better cooling between layers.
UPDATE: Actually printing those in halves (by center line) turned out great - strength is much better due to layers parallel to the latch
