Double led holder for Printrbot Simple Metal

I re-ajusted the angle between my directional LEDs, and the hotend in order to spot right on the nozzle (and the Z probe).

I modified the cover and its securing system : it's a simple snap fit

Also added a screwable part to prevent the LED from unwanted offset (optional).
