Parametric Mug with label - changable fonts.

This is a remix of Parametric Mug with label http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:251286

It has been altered to work with customizer and the text now comes from text_on_OpenSCAD https://github.com/brodykenrick/text_on_OpenSCAD allow for a much greater range of fonts.

The sample was rendered using the following settings:
Mug_Diameter = 40;
Mug_Height = 40;
Mug_Text = "Coffee";
Mug_Font="Gloria_Hallelujah";
Mug_Text_size = 6;
Mug_Detail=180
