Parameterised Box and Lid with Screw Holes

GoodBox is a parameterised box with smooth edges and a matching lid that enables you to screwn the lid down via four screw holes on the reinforced corners. I also include puffer.scad which show an example of the using the goodbox.scad file in order to make a base box to which you add stuff.
