LCD Knob for Prusa i3 Mk2

The stock knob is annoying to grip onto, so I made this simple knob. Be careful pressing on. What I did was removed the stock knob prior to printing, and as soon as it was done (15 minute print time), I immediately pressed it on while the plastic was still warm.
