P802M repair kit

Update 0ct 12 2016 noticed the adjustment screw was too close for comfort and pushed it back another 2.7mm

Not Sure why but seems my P802M is different than the other users on here. In this case I printed P802m motor mount (zonestar) by dsol (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1354016) only to notice the z endstop adjuster is in a different space on my model. anyway rather that reprint the entire thing I made this repair kit it just snaps on or can be glued.
