f / stop cam lock for Fujinon TV zoom lens

This is a little cam lock that slips over the back focus locking screw. It doubles to lock the aperture and the back focus when using it as a camera lens and not with the motorized unit. I found I was all the time moving the aperture ring without knowing it so this locks it down to a fixed value.
