K8200/3Drag E3D v6 HotEnd extruder mount without fan

This is a variation of the E3D v6 mount. It simply consists of the mounting adapter for the extruder part. As currently E3D's v6 extruder is shipped with a clip on fan mount it is not necessary to print one. That is what this is for.
