HyperCube E3D Titan mount (DC42 IR probe)

This is an E3D Titan mount for the HyperCube CoreXY 3D printer, with a DC42 IR probe. I have designed it with M3 threaded 4mm knurled inserts for the main mounts.

For the time being - use the NoPCB option (the other option is for my as yet unreleased wiring tidier).

Let me know if it needs any tweaks.
