Enclosure for the Norcal BLT Tuner (and others)

**NOTE:** Bill, WB9BBC, experienced problems with the original STL file I provided, likely due to problems in the original geometric operations. He fixed this and provided a new STL, available as blt-tuner-enclosure-repaired-WB9BBC.stl. I did not try it myself yet, but recommend to take his version for printing.
