delta effector with 4020*3 fans

A larger effector used in my delta printer.use 3*4020 fans or 4010 fans.suitable for the e3d_v6 1.75 mm hotend and the clones.suitable for the 40mm width carriage and M3 ball joint bearing system. 2 pieces adjuestable air guide plate to used to improve cooling airflow.

need 2 pieces of mount.stl, 2 pieces of mask.stl.
